Recipe - Goody Cake

1 pack Yellow cake mix
1 cup Nuts
1 Stick butter/margarine
1 pack Powdered sugar (1 pound box)
1 pack Cream cheese

Mix together cake mix, nuts and butter. Press into 13x9 pan to form bottom
layer. Mix together powdered sugar and cream cheese. Blend thoroughly.
Spread over the top of bottom layer. Bake at 350* for 4045 minutes, until
golden brown. Cool and cut into small squares. Nuts can be omitted if you
prefer.
