Recipe - Golden Shrimp Casserole

5 sl Bread; cut in 1/2" cubes
One fourth cup Butter (or marg.); melted
One half cup Mushrooms; cut or sliced up
2 cup Shrimp; peel, cook, devein
2 cup American cheese; shredded
3 Eggs; beaten
2 cup Milk
One half teaspoon Salt
ds Black pepper
ds Paprika
Brown bread cubes in butter; remove from skillet and set aside. Cook
mushrooms in butter for about 10 minutes. In a buttered 11/2quart
casserole dish, alternate layers of bread cubes, mushrooms, shrimp, and
cheese.
Combine eggs, milk, and seasonings; pour over layers. Place casserole dish
in a pan of hot water, and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour and 15
minutes.
