Recipe - Golden Nut Crunch

1 cn (12 ounces) mixed nuts or
1 Jar (12 ounces) dry roasted
peanuts
One fourth cup Margarine or butter, melted
2 tablespoon Grated Parmesan cheese
One fourth teaspoon Garlic powder
One fourth teaspoon Dried oregano
One fourth teaspoon Celery salt
4 cup Honey graham cereal
Heat oven to 300 degrees. Mix nuts and margarine in medium bowl until well
coated. Add cheese, garlic powder, oregano and celery salt. Toss until well
coated. Spread in ungreased jelly roll pan, 15 One half x 10 1/2x1 inch. Bake 15
minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in cereal; cool. Store in airtight
container. Makes 6 One half cups.
