Recipe - Golden Mushrooms

1 pound Fresh mushrooms
One half Stick butter
11 cn Beef broth
Soy sauce
Salt
Pepper
Worcestershire sauce
Wash mushrooms thoroughly & cut off stems. Saute in butter for 34 minutes.
Pour in beef broth. Season with salt, pepper, soy sauce & Worcestershire to
taste. Bring to a slow boil. Reduce heat, simmer for 15 minutes. Yields 4
servings.
