Recipe - Golden Mushroom Chicken

Vegetable cooking spray
4 Skinless, boneless chicken
breast halves
2 cup Sliced mushrooms
1 cn (10Three fourths ounces) condensed
cream of chicken soup
1 cup 2% lowfat milk
1 tablespoon French's Dijon mustard
2 cn (2.8 ounces each) Durkee
French Fried Onions
Generously coat a large skillet with vegetable cooking spray, heat until
hot. Cook chicken until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes. Add
mushrooms. Cook and stir until mushrooms are golden. Stir in soup, milk,
mustard and One half can French Fried Onions. Bring to a boil, stirring. Reduce
heat. Simmer, covered, for 58 minutes or until chicken is done. Meanwhile,
place remaining onions in a microwavesafe dish. Microwave on HIGH for 1
minute or until golden. Sprinkle over chicken. Posted to MMRecipes Digest
