Recipe - Golden Glow Casserole

2 cup Hot cooked rice
10 Hard cooked eggs; chopped
2 Eggs
One half cup Mayonnaise
One half cup Chopped onion
1/3 cup Chopped green pepper
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Hard cooked egg slices and
parsley for garnish

Thoroughly combine all ingredients except garnish. Turn into greased 1
One half qt. casserole; bake in preheated oven 350€ for 30 minutes.
Garnish.
