Recipe - Golden Cream Of Potato Soup

One half cup Onion chopped
One half cup Celery cut or sliced up
One half cup Carrots grated
1 Chicken bouillon *
1 teaspoon Salt
8 ounce Velveeta cheese cubed
1 teaspoon Parsley flakes
3 cup Potatoes cubed
1 teaspoon Pepper
* 1 cube chicken bouillon, dissolved in 1 c. water... Simmer everything,
except cheese, until vegetables are tender (about 30 minutes). In a
separate bowl, combine 1 One half cups milk with 2 tablespoons flour, until
flour is dissolved. Add to vegetables mixture. Stir until thickened. Add
cheese. Stir until cheese is melted. This can be adjusted to meet the size
of your family...
