Recipe - Golden Country Grits

4 cup Grits, cooked
1 cup Shredded sharp cheddar
cheese
2 Eggs, lightly beaten
One fourth cup Butter or margarine, melted
1 tablespoon Minced fresh parsley
One half teaspoon Salt
In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Pour into a greased
11/2qt. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 30 minutes.
