Recipe - Golden Baked Halibut

1 One half pound Halibut
Seasoned bread crumbs
One half cup Mayonnaise
1 One half teaspoon Fresh lemon juice
One half cup Sour cream or yogurt
1 Egg white beaten stiff
One fourth cup Chopped green onion
One fourth cup Sliced almonds
Dash of paprika
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Dip fillets into seasoned bread crumbs if
desired. Place in shallow baking dish; set aside. Combine mayonnaise with
lemon juice. Add sour cream and blend well. Gently fold in beaten egg
white. Sprinkle fish with chopped onion. Spoon mayonnaise mixture over top.
Sprinkle with almonds and paprika. Bake 20 25 minutes or until fish is
opaque and flakes easily.
