Recipe - Goguma Chilge Muchim (Sweet Potato Vine And Mushroom Stir-Fry)

1 tablespoon Corn oil
One fourth pound Sweet potato vine; cut in
threeinch lengths
One fourth pound Mushrooms, fresh/meaty;
caps only, cut or sliced up
1 Garlic clove; crushed
1 small Carrot; julienned (1/3 c)
1 teaspoon Salt; or to taste
1 teaspoon Korean sesame oil
Heat the oil in a wok or skillet. Add the vine and mushrooms and stirfry
over moderate heat for 1 minute. Add all the other ingredients and stirfry
for 8 to 10 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature. Serves 4.
