Ingredients:
Goebels Special Sauerkraut recipe makes 1 Servings
2 cn (16ounce) sauerkraut
One half cup Sugar
1 cup Dark German beer
2 Bay leaves
Combine all the ingredients in a slow cooker and cook until the sauerkraut
achieves a very creamy texture. Add more beer if it seems to be drying out.
Remove bay leaves and serve hot.
