Recipe - Goalies Grilled Tuna

4 Fresh bonless tuna steaks;
68 oz. each
Salt and freshly ground
black pepper
One fourth cup Sherry vinaigrette; recipe
to follow
Rinse the steaks and pat them dry. Place them in a glass pan, season with
salt and pepper and pour vinegrette over them. Cover with plastic wrap and
marinate for 30 mins to i hour. Preheat the grill. Grill the steak for 23
mins per side for rare, 5 mins. per side for well done.
