Recipe - Glossy Chocolate Sauce

3 ounce Unsweetened chocolate
7 ounce Semisweet chcocolate
3 ounce Corn syrup
One half cup Hot water
Combine chocolate, place over water bath, stir until melted. Whisk in syrup
and water, incorporating well. Serve warm.
Yield: 2 cups
