Ingredients:

BROWN SUGAR GLAZE
1 cup Firmly packed brown sugar
2 tablespoon Flour
One half teaspoon Prepared mustard
1/8 teaspoon Cinnamon
3 tablespoon Dry sherry

CURRANT APPLE GLAZE
One half cup Currant jelly
One half cup Apple jelly

ORANGE CINNAMON GLAZE
1 cup Orange marmalade
1 teaspoon Cinnamon

PINEAPPLE GLAZE
1 cup Firmly packed brown sugar
Three fourths cup Drained crushed pineapple

Here are some simple glazes that can add schnazz to your roasted ham.

BROWN SUGAR GLAZE: Combine 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar, 2 tbsp flour,
One half tsp prepared mustard, 1/8 tsp cinnamon and 3 tbsp dry sherry. Mix well
and spread on ham.

CURRANT APPLE GLAZE: Heat One half cup of currant and One half cup apple jelly until
melted. Spread on ham before baking.

ORANGE CINNAMON GLAZE: Mix together and heat (warm) one cup orange
marmalade and 1 tsp cinnamon. Spread on ham prior to baking.

PINEAPPLE GLAZE: Combine one cup firmly packed brown sugar with Three fourths cup
drained crushed pineapple. Spread on ham.
