Recipe - Glazed Roast Pork

5 pound Pork loin roast
2 teaspoon Minced ginger
One fourth cup Orange juice
One half cup Apricot jam
Put meat, fat side up, in a roasting pan. Roast in electric oven at 325
degrees until meat thermometer registers 160 degrees, about 1Three fourths hours.
Combine jam, juice, and ginger; brush onto meat. Continue cooking until
thermometer registers 170 degrees, basting occasionally with sauce to form
glaze.
