Recipe - Glazed Ham

1 cup Brown sugar
One fourth cup Lemon juice
1/3 cup Prepared horseradish
1 Cure 81 Hormel ham; thinly
cut or sliced up and tied with string
Combine brown sugar, lemon juice and horseradish in a small saucepan.
Simmer until brown sugar is dissolved. Pour over ham and bake at 250ø for
1One half hours, basting occasionally.
