3 cup Sugar
1 cup Light corn syrup
One half cup Butter (no substitute)
One fourth cup Orange juice concentrate
1 teaspoon Salt
2 cn (No. 10 size) baby carrots,
drained or
12 pound Medium carrots, cut or sliced up and
cooked
In a large saucepan, combine the first 5 ingredients; bring to a boil over
medium heat. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Place carrots in
two 13x9 inch baking pans; pour sugar mixture over carrots. Bake,
uncovered, at 350 for 3040 minutes or until heated through. 45 servings.
