Recipe - Glazed Apricot Pork Kabobs

1 pound Boneless pork loin; cut into
1inch cubes
1 Jar; (10 oz) apricot
preserves
4 tablespoon Orange liqueur or orange
juice
2 tablespoon Butter; melted
Stir together all ingredients well; place in heavy plastic bag. Marinate at
least 30 minutes. Thread pork onto 4 6 skewer (if using bamboo skewers,
soak in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning). Grill over hot coals
1012 minutes, turning occasionally, basting often with the marinade.
