Recipe - Ginnys Cheese Sausage Casserole

10 sl Day old bread
One half pound Cheddar cheese; grated
1 One half pound Sausage; (hot or mild) link
4 Eggs
2 One fourth cup Milk
One half teaspoon Prepared mustard
1 tablespoon Grated onion
One fourth teaspoon Salt
1 ds Pepper
Remove crusts of bread and spread One half of bread on bottom of greased
casserole, 12x8". Cover with cheese and browned sausage which has been well
cooked and cut into slices. Cube remaining bread slices and spread on top.
Beat eggs and remaining ingredients together and pour over casserole. Cover
and refrigerate several hours or overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour,
