Recipe - Gingers Easy Orange Salad

Categories: None, Gingers Easy Orange Salad
Ingredients:

1 Container (8 oz) Cool Whip;
thawed
1 Box (6 oz) orange jello (the
large one)
2 cn Mandarin oranges; well
drained
1 cn (16 oz) crushed pineapple;
undrained (use juice and
all)
1 cup Coconut
One half cup Chopped pecans

Ginger was my late sister, and today would have been her 54th birthday. She
died during an asthma attack over 4 years ago. This was HER favorite jello
salad recipe. When I make it for Rebekah, I leave out the pecans (but it's
soooo good with them) and for Rebekah I usually toss in a handful of
miniature marshmallows.

With electric mixer, on low speed, whip the cool whip and dry jello powder
together until well blended. Add the remaining ingredients, and wtire well
by hand until well blended. Pour into a clear serving bowl, and chill well.
OR, place in a pan and chill, then cut into squares to serve.

Hope some of these strike your fancy. All three recipes I've posted tonight
are tried, tested, and family approved.
