Recipe - Gingered Shrimp Salad

Ingredients:
Gingered Shrimp Salad recipe makes 2 Servings
1 One half pound Shrimp, cooked
One fourth cup Vinegar, white wine
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Sugar
2 cup Celery
Three fourths cup Oil
2 tablespoon Water
1 One half teaspoon Ginger
One half teaspoon Salt
2 cup Carrot
Mix together all ingredients except shrimp and vegetables. Pour half over
shrimp and half over the vegetables. Marinate for an hour, drain and serve
over lettuce or sprouts.
