Ingredients:
Gingered Hippolyta recipe makes 4 Servings
3 md Pears, very ripe, seeds &
stems removed
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 small Sliver, ginger
Cut the pears into small chunks. Put in a blender with the lemon juice &
ginger. Blend thoroughly at medium speed. Pour into dessert bowls & serve
immediately.. Otherwise, cover the dessert bowls tightly & store in the
refrigerator. Will keep for 3 to 5 days.
