Ingredients:
Ginger Tomatoes recipe makes 132 Servings
6 pound Tomato, green
2 pound Tomato
5 pound Sugar
3 Lemon, cut or sliced up
1 teaspoon Cloves, whole
3 pn Ginger root
Scald and peel the green and red tomatoes and cut in quarters. Add the
sugar and spices and the cut or sliced up lemons. Bring to a boil and then reduce
heat and cook slowly until mixture is thick. Pour into sterilized jars and
