Ingredients:
Ginger Syrup recipe makes 4 Servings.

1 cup Sugar
1 One fourth cup Water
1 ounce Ginger root stem, peeled and
Rough chopped
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for 15 minutes. Cool and
use the syrup to moisten cakes, sweeten tea, or over your ice cream.
