2 cup Sugar
2 Eggs
One half cup Molasses
4 teaspoon Baking soda
4 cup Flour
2 teaspoon Cinnamon
2 teaspoon Ginger
2 tablespoon Orange peel; grated

Mix, then chill for 124 hours. Roll in balls. Dunk in a mixture of
cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350F.
