Recipe - Ginger Sherry Pork Chops

1/3 cup Dry sherry
2 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1 tablespoon Gingerroot; finely chopped
1 teaspoon Honey
1 Garlic clove; finely chopped
4 Butterfly pork chops;
1" thick
Mix all ingredients except pork in shallow glass dish. Place pork in dish;
turn to coat with marinade. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Remove
pork from marinade; reserve marinade. Cover and grill 45" from medium
coals, 1416 minutes, brushing occasionally with marinade and turning once,
until no longer pink in center.
