Three fourths cup CAKE MIX YELLOW #10
3 tablespoon CINNAMON GROUND 1 LB CN
6 tablespoon GINGER GROUND
PAN: 18 BY 26INCH SHEET PAN TEMPERATURE: 375 F.
OVEN
:
1. MIX COOKIE MIX AND CONTENTS OF SODA POUCHES.
2. ADD GINGER, CINNAMON, MOLASSES AND WATER. BEAT AT MEDIUM SPEED 2
MINUTES
OR UNTIL BLENDED.
3. DROP BY TABLESPOONS IN ROWS, 4 BY 6, ON WELLGREASED PANS.
4. BAKE 11 TO 13 MINUTES OR UNTIL DONE.
5. LOOSEN COOKIES FROM PANS WHILE STILL WARM.
