10 pound COOKIE MIX SUGAR #10
Three fourths cup CAKE MIX YELLOW #10
3 tablespoon CINNAMON GROUND 1 LB CN
6 tablespoon GINGER GROUND
PAN: 18 BY 26INCH SHEET PAN TEMPERATURE: 375 F. OVEN
:
1. MIX COOKIE MIX AND CONTENTS OF SODA POUCHES.
2. ADD GINGER, CINNAMON, MOLASSES AND WATER. BEAT AT MEDIUM SPEED 1
MINUTE.
DO NOT OVERMIX.
3. SPREAD ABOUT 6 LB 2 OZ (2 Three fourths QT) DOUGH EVENLY INTO EACH GREASED PAN.
4. BAKE AT 350 F. 25 MINUTES.
5. CUT 6 BY 18 WHILE STILL WARM.
