Recipe - Ginger Joes

One half cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Confectioners' sugar
One half cup Flour
1 Egg
1 ounce Semisweet baker's chocolate
2 tablespoon Candied ginger; minced small
4 ounce Lowfat margarine
On very low heat, melt chocolate and margarine. Turn off heat and add
sugar, then flour, egg, and ginger. Stir together well. Put in greased pan
and bake at 350oF for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool and cut into 6 servings; dust
with confectioners' sugar.
