Recipe - Ginger Garlic Soy Lime Dressing

1 cup Tamari or light soy sauce
4 tablespoon Rice vinegar
One fourth cup Lime juice
8 cl Garlic
2 tablespoon Fresh grated ginger =OR=
1 teaspoon Dried ginger
1 One half tablespoon Spike seasoning
1 One half teaspoon Dark sesame oil
One fourth teaspoon Chili oil
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Pulse until garlic is chopped fine.
