Recipe - Ginger Coffee

One half cup Ground coffee; heaping
2 teaspoon Ground cardamom
3 tablespoon Fresh ginger; minced
1 qt Plus 3 cups cold water
1 cup Milk
2 tablespoon Sugar
One fourth cup Heavy cream; cold
1 ounce Fine dark chocolate; grated
Prep: 10 min, Cook: 10 min.
Combine coffee, 1One half tsp. cardamom and ginger. Brew with cold water using
desired method. Combine milk and sugar in a small saucepan over low heat.
Stir constantly until hot. Whip cream with remaining cardamom to soft
peaks. Serve coffee with hot milk. Top with a dollop of whipped cream and
sprinkle with grated chocolate.
