Recipe - Ginger Baste For Pork

2/3 cup Brown sugar
2 tablespoon Cornstarch
2 teaspoon Freshly grated ginger root
2 Cloves garlic, crushed
One fourth cup Wine vinegar
2/3 cup Soy sauce
One fourth teaspoon MSG (Optional)
Combine ingedients thoroughly until sugar is dissolved. Let stand for at
least 1 hour to blend flavors before using. Stir well before brushing on
pork during cooking.
