Recipe - Ginger-Scallion Dipping Sauce
Categories: Spa, Lowfat, Dip, 1new, Readers Dig, Ginger-Scallion Dipping Sauce
One half cup Rice vinegar
1 Scallion; minced
1 teaspoon Lowsodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon Minced fresh cilantro; or
more to taste
1 Garlic clove; minced
One half teaspoon Brown sugar
One half teaspoon Dark sesame oil
One half teaspoon Minced ginger root
One fourth teaspoon Red pepper flakes; or to
taste
Combine above ingredients in a glass jar and shake to blend completely.
Sauce will keep for several days stored in a tightly covered jar in the
refrigerator. Makes a generous One half cup.
