Recipe - Ginger-Orange Carrots

1 One fourth pound Carrots; peeled/cut in diag
1 teaspoon Freshly grated orange peel
One fourth cup Fresh orange juice
2 teaspoon Butter or margarine
2 teaspoon Honey
1 teaspoon Grated fresh ginger
One fourth teaspoon Salt
Place carrots in a large skillet, cover with water and bring to boil.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer until crisptender, about 3 minutes. Pour off
water leaving carrots in pan.
Add remaining ingredients and stir over mediumhigh heat until carrots are
glazed, 12 minutes.
