Ingredients:
Gin Rickey recipe makes 3 1/2 Pints.
1 One half ounce Gin
1 tablespoon Fresh lime juice (juice
One half lime)
6 ounce Club soda (or to fill)
Fill a highball glass with ice. Add gin and lime juice. Fill with club soda
and stir. Garnish with a wedge of lime.
