Recipe - Giblet Stuffing

Giblets and neck of turkey;
boiled and chopped
2/3 cup Diced apples
1 cup Chopped celery
10 cup Soft bread crumbs
One fourth cup Chopped parsley
1/3 Chopped onion
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
1/3 cup Butter or margarine; melted
Three fourths teaspoon Salt
1 Egg; beaten
Sage; to taste
One fourth teaspoon Poultry seasoning; optional
One half cup Turkey broth
Combine all ingredients. Stuff turkey or shape mixture into balls and place
on greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until lightly
browned.
YIELD: Stuffing for 10pound turkey
