One half teaspoon Pepper

1 Egg yolk
1 tablespoon Water
Sour cream, chopped fresh

Cook brown beef with onion and green pepper; drain. Stir in tomatoes and
seasonings. Simmer for 15 mins. uncooked, stirring occasionally. Put pie
