Recipe - Gertrudes Salad

2 pack (3oz) orange gelatin
1 cup Boiling water
One half cup Cold water
1 cn (16oz) pickled peaches;
chopped
One half cup Peach juice
1 pack (8oz) cream cheese;
softened
One half pt Cream; whipped
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water and peach juice. Add
peaches and cream cheese. Mix. Chill slightly. Fold in whipped cream. Pour
into 2quart dish. Chill.
