Recipe - German Rye Bread

1 tablespoon Active dry yeast
1 tablespoon Caraway seed
2 One fourth cup Bread flour
1 One half teaspoon Salt
2 One half teaspoon Unsweetened cocoa
1 One half cup Rye flour
1 One fourth cup Warm water
1 One half tablespoon Butter
2 One half tablespoon Molasses
Place ingredients in bread machine in order recommended by the manufacturer
of your machine. Use regular bread cycle.
(I grind the caraway seeds before usingbecause I like the flavor but not
the nasty little seeds.)
(For Panasonic/National machines use 3 One half teaspoons of yeast). Formatted

NOTES : This is one of my all time favorite bread machine recipes! The
recipe as given is for one 1 One half pound loaf.
