Recipe - German Peach And Cream Kuchen

1 One half cup Flour
Three fourths cup Sugar
One fourth teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Salt
One half cup Margarine
1 cn (No 2 1/2) cut or sliced up peaches;
drained
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
2 Egg yolks; beaten
1 cup Sour cream
Mix flour, One fourth cup sugar, baking powder and salt, cut in margarine until
crumbly, press into bottom of spring form (9 inch) pan. Arrange peaches on
top, combine remaining sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over peaches. Bake at
400 degrees for 15 minutes. Blend egg yolks and sour cream, spoon over
peaches. Bake 20 minutes longer. 8 servings.
