Recipe - German Nudlesalat (Macaroni Salad)

2 cup Uncooked macaroni
4 Dill pickles; minced (Kosher
preferred)
1 cup Cooked peas
Three fourths cup Mayonnaise
2 Hard boiled eggs; minced
One half Tomato minced
1 teaspoon Black pepper
1 teaspoon Paprika One fourth onion finely
chopped; (optional)

Cook macaroni, rinse and drain. Combine all ingredients in a salad bowl and
mix carefully. Garnish with fresh tomato slices, parsley or cut or sliced up hard
boiled eggs.
