1 pack Swiss chocolate cake mix
1 cup Almonds; chopped
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
3 Eggs
One half cup Cooking oil
1 teaspoon Almond extract
2 cup Bananas; firm, chopped
8 ounce Crushed pineapple; drained
Preheat oven to 350~. Grease 10" tube pan. Combine cake mix, almonds and
cinnamon in a large bowl. Beat eggs slightly; stir in oil, almond extract,
bananas and pineapple. Add to dry ingredients and mix with spoon; do not
beat. Pour into pan. Bake for 4555 minutes or until tested done. If
desired, top cake with confectioners'sugar.
