Recipe - German Country Potato Salad

1 pound Potatoes
4 Hard boiled eggs
1 small Cucumber
3 ounce Bacon; minced
4 tablespoon Mayonnaise
2 Onions; finely chopped
3 teaspoon Parsley flakes
2 teaspoon Snipped chives
Oil
Vinegar

Boil potatoes, peel & slice in cubes. Fry bacon until crisp. Slice eggs &
cucumber & mix together with oil & vinegar to taste. Salt & pepper. Serve
cool.
