Recipe - German Coffee Cake

Ingredients:
German Coffee Cake recipe makes 48 Servings
Mix as pie crust (set 1/3
cup Aside)
2 cup Brown sugar
2 cup Flour
1 Stick butter
Beat: 2 each eggs Add: 1 teaspoon baking soda dissolved in 1 Tbsp. hot
water 1 cup sour cream 1 teaspoon vanilla One half cup nuts chopped raisins
or dates (can add, optional)
Mix first mixture with second mixture. Pour into 9x9 inch square pan.
Sprinkle 1/3 cup topping over batter. Bake at 350 F for 30 to 40 minutes.
Test with toothpick.
