Recipe - German Brown Bread

2 One half cup Milk; sour
1 cup Maple syrup; or sugar
2 teaspoon Baking soda
One half teaspoon Salt
Graham flour; to make thick
batter
Place in bread pan, let rise in warm place One half hour. This makes 1
large loaf.
Note: No time or temperature given. Assume a moderate 350 400 F oven
for 45 60 minutes.
