Recipe - German Black Bread

1 pack Yeast
1 tablespoon White sugar
12 cup Bread flour
12 cup Medium rye flour
2 cup Whole wheat flour
One half cup Unprocessed bran flakes
1 tablespoon Caraway seeds
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Instant coffee powder
One fourth teaspoon Fennel seeds
1 cup Water
2 tablespoon Water
2 tablespoon Molasses
2 tablespoon Cider vinegar
One half ounce Unsweetened chocolate

(I would cut back on that a bit) Cool the mixture to 105115 degrees and
add to dry ingredients. I suspect the exact ingredients don't really matter
all that much. As long as the flourtoliquid proportions are such as to
make a dough of good consistency, the result will probably be highly
edible.
