Recipe - German Applesauce Meatloaf

1 One half pound Ground beef
One half pound Ground pork
One half cup Finely minced onion
1 cup Applesauce
1 cup Bread crumbs
3 tablespoon Ketchup
2 teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat oven to 350'F. Lightly oil a 9x5x3" loaf pan. In a large bowl,
combine all ingredients, and mix well. Place the meatloaf mixture in
the prepared pan. Bake for 1 One half to 2 hours. Let cool 1015 minutes.
Turn the loaf out of the pan. Slice and serve.
