Recipe - German Apple Puff Pancake

Three fourths cup Allpurpose flour
Three fourths cup Milk
One half teaspoon Salt
4 Eggs
One fourth cup Margarine
2 Apples (medium sized);
thinly cut or sliced up
One fourth cup Sugar
One fourth teaspoon Ground cinnamon
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Place 2 round cake pans in oven with 2 tablespoon margarine in each pan;
rotate pans until margarine is melted and coats sides of pans.
Beat flour, milk, salt and eggs.
Arrange half of apples cut or sliced up thinly in each pan; divide batter evenly
between pans.
Mix sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle 2 tablespoon sugar mixture over batter in
each pan.
Bake until puffed and golden brown (about 2025 minutes).
