Recipe - German-Style Pasta Wsweet-Sour Dressing

Ingredients:

1 cup Rotini or other spiral
Pasta, uncooked (about 4 oz)
2 teaspoon Vegetable oil
4 cup Cabbage, shredded red (12oz)
1 tablespoon Sugar, packed brown
2 tablespoon Vinegar, white
One half teaspoon Caraway seed
One half teaspoon Salt
Fresh ground pepper

RCROCKETT

Cook and drain pasta as directed on package. Heat oil in 10inch
nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook cabbage in oil 2 minutes, stirring
occasionally. Stir in brown sugar, vinegar and caraway seed. Cover and cook
about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until crisptender. Stir in pasta;
heat until hot. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
