Recipe - Georgia Peanut Soup

3 cup Chicken broth or bouillon
One fourth cup Celery finely chopped
One fourth teaspoon Salt
1 small Onion finely chopped
2 tablespoon Butter
One half cup Peanut butter
1 cup Milk or light cream
One fourth cup Flour
One fourth cup Water
One fourth cup Peanuts optional finely
Chopped
Combine chicken stock, celery, salt, onion, butter, and peanut butter in
slowcooking pot. Cover and cook on high for 2 to 3 hours. Add milk and
flour that has been dissolved in One fourth cup water. Cook on high 15 minutes or
until slightly thickened, stirring several times. Sprinkle peanuts over
each serving, if desired.
